The official SolidCraft project and this lab
SolidCraft is an open-source parametric 3D CAD application built in Rust. Its official source repository is tangency-labs/solidcraft. The official project website is solidcraft.io, and the SolidCraft book provides upstream documentation.
This lab serves the official WebAssembly build with a small outer navigation and compatibility shell. The modeling tools, geometry engine, file operations, and native CAD interface come from the upstream project. Our example parts are created using its browser command API.

A successful local test does not establish compatibility with every browser. Safari and physical-device testing, HTTPS hosting, and the production domain must be verified separately before calling the production rollout complete.

Original upstream source for this release is available at the pinned commit linked above. Manrope and DM Sans are self-hosted under the SIL Open Font License. Local font licenses are available in the Manrope notice and DM Sans notice.
What SolidCraft Lab provides
A browser workspace, two real example designs, a first-part tutorial, and clear links to official desktop downloads. There are no accounts, subscriptions, cloud backups, or hosted AI generation in this MVP. Desktop MCP automation is an upstream capability; this lab does not operate an AI agent service.
For upstream software bugs, consult the official issue tracker. Avoid posting private design files or sensitive information in public bug reports.
